The circular transition is not activated by a roadmap alone. It requires working spaces, effective cooperation and dynamics capable of turning shared priorities into projects, solutions and learning on the ground.
This subsection brings together the mechanisms through which the Roadmap for the transition towards a circular tourism system in the Balearic Islands. Horizon 2025–2035 begins to unfold in the Balearic Islands.
