We are not starting from scratch
The hub is built on an already formulated vision, a strategic reading of the regional system and a shared roadmap to guide the circular transition in the Balearic Islands. The circular Roadmap is the key asset of this foundation: an architecture for action that helps structure priorities, mobilise capabilities and bring coherence to change.
